What’s the minimum order?
Managed programmes start at 100 packs of 3 items (300 items in total). On Go Swag Select, you can order from 30 per product.
How long does it take?
A typical managed order takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery. Timings vary by order.
Is design free?
Yes. On managed programmes we offer free designs within 24 hours.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to 180+ countries, and we hold stock in the UK, the Netherlands and the US.
Will recipients pay customs?
On managed programmes, we send international orders DDP: we handle customs and duties, so recipients have nothing to pay on arrival.
Can it connect to our HR system or CRM?
The Go Swag API connects gifting to almost any system you use. For example, a new starter or a closed deal can trigger a gift.
