In a unique collaboration, AND Digital partnered with Chilly’s to individually brand bottles for every member of the AND Digital team. This initiative perfectly encapsulates AND Digital’s inclusive and open culture, where every team member is encouraged to embrace their individuality.

At AND Digital, employees can choose an "AND title" – a distinctive job title addition that celebrates their hobbies and interests. To streamline this process, we developed a seamless claim system, enabling AND team members to submit their chosen 'titles' effortlessly.

Subsequently, we meticulously coordinated the individual branding of every single Chilly’s bottle, ensuring each team member received a personalised touch that resonated with AND Digital's ethos of inclusivity and creativity.
